 La Petite Lorraine Patisserie  

Two or three layer wedding cakes made from our deliciously moist chocolate cake, classical sponge or traditional fruit cake. The layers are 9 cm deep and we recommend decorating with fresh flowers.

Prices range from $120.00 for a two tier cake to $360.00 for a large 3 tier. This price does not include the flowers.

Croquembouche

The traditional French wedding cake.

The choux are filled with Grand Marnier creme patissier and coated with a light crunchy caramel. It sits upon a shortbread base and is decorated with toffee leaves and flowers and white sugared almonds.

Price $1.80 per choux. Sizes available from 40 choux

We recommend two choux per person. We also make Croquembouche for wedding anniversaries and special birthdays.
