Layers of vanilla sponge filled with strawberries, fresh cream and Grand Marnier liqueur. Nuts around the sides and a flat top for writing a message. Chocolate decoration.
Mille Feuille
Layers of butter puff pastry filled with custard and strawberries. We usually place nuts around the sides and icing sugar on the top. We can place a plaque with a message on the top and decorate with strawberries and chocolate curls.
Classical Sponge
Layers of classical vanilla or chocolate sponge filled with hazelnut, vanilla or chocolate butter cream and moistened with syrup and Grand Marnier.
